We use US Postal Service, UPS and DHL ground.  We typically ship your order within 24-48 hours.  If you would like Priority Shipping, please contact us at feelsafe@comcast.net for rates.  We do not ship to international locations except Canada.
 
Please Note:   Defense sprays cannot be shipped by air and must travel via a ground service only.

ADDRESS CORRECTION POLICY:
It is VERY important that we receive a complete and accurate address for all orders, including your street address (with any apartment or suite number), city, state and zip code.  We cannot ship to a PO Box.   NOTE:  UPS charges us a $5.00 fee for an incomplete or wrong address when shipped by ground and a $10.00 fee when shipped by air.  This fee would be charged to you as an address correction fee if the shipping information submitted is inaccurate. 
 
PRIVACY POLICY:
We respect your privacy.  It is very important to us, and we have taken many steps to protect the information you share with us and ensure that it is kept instrictest confidence.
 
WE DO NOT SHARE ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION WITH ANYONE.  THIS INCLUDES YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS AND TELEPHONE NUMBER.
 
We collect email addresses of our customers and from those who Opt-In to our email list.  This information is used solely by LRZ Enterprises, Inc. to contact consumers for marketing purposes.  If you do not wish to receive email from us in the future, please let us know by sending an email to  feelsafe@comcast.net including the word Opt-Out in the subject line.
 
If you supply us with a telephone number, we will contact you via telephone only if questions arise in filling your order.

RETURN POLICY --EXCLUDING ALL HIDDEN CAMERAS AND DVDS
We have a 3-month no-hassle return policy. Please contact us by email or phone if you wish to return a product.  NOTE:  Any product that has been improperly used or abused is not returnable.
 
All returns, refunds or exchanges must be approved by LRZ Enterprises, Inc. before any products are returned.
 
CANCELLATION POLICY -- EXCLUDING ALL HIDDEN CAMERAS AND DVDS
 
Orders can only be cancelled if they have not been shipped.   Once an item has been shipped, the customer should refer to our Return Policy.  Customers will not be charged a cancellation fee.
 
 
 
RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICIES
FOR HIDDEN CAMERAS
 
REQUESTS TO RETURN PRODUCTS MUST BE OBTAINED FROM LRZ ENTERPRISES, INC. WITHIN A FIVE (5) DAY PERIOD AFTER THE CUSTOMER HAS RECEIVED THE PRODUCT(S).
 
We at LRZ Enterprises, Inc. strive to offer our customers the best hidden cameras at the best possible prices.  Due to the nature of  the products, returns will not be accepted unless the camera is found to be defective.
 
We have implemented this policy because of the misuse of our former liberal return policy.  A few unscrupulous people have ordered our Hidden Cameras for specific short term uses and then returned it in a condition that would not allow us to resell.  We test all of our products before shipping.  Your satisfaction is our number one concern.  If you have any question regarding our products before placing an order, please contact feelsafe@comcast.net
 
NOTE:  There are NO exchanges or refunds on ANY DVD.
 
All our hidden cameras are special ordered by the person ordering and are NOT subject to cancellation.  Due to the nature of our product line, returns will only be accepted for products damaged upon shipment to the customer*.
 
All returns must be authorized by LRZ Enterprises, Inc. before the camera is returned.  Shipping instructions will be given by LRZ Enterprises, Inc. at time of approval.  All products must be returned in the original packaging.  LRZ Enterprises, Inc. will replace, refund, or credit your account for returned products at LRZ Enterprises, Inc.'s discretion.
 
*Special exceptions may be made on a case by case basis determined by LRZ Enterprises, Inc.  In this event, returns are subject to deductions for shipping costs and a 25% restocking charge and must be returned within five (5) days from date of receipt of the product(s). NO refunds will be given for products returned without explicit permission from LRZ Enterprises, Inc.
 
NOTE:  Shipping and Handling Charges are NON-REFUNDABLE.
 
WARRANTY:  We guarantee all LRZ Enterprises, Inc. cameras to be free of defects in workmanship and material for 90 days after receipt by the customer unless the manufacturer's warranty is longer.  We will replace or repair the camera at our option providing there is no evidence of customer misuse or alteration.
 
 
 
Opt-Out Choice
We occasionally have drawings or contests on our site in which we ask visitors or customers for their e-mail address.  This information will be kept confidential, but may be used to contact visitors and customers with information about our company and our products.  Visitors and customers may opt-out of receiving this information.

LEGAL STATUS OF PRODUCTS:
It is the responsibility of the buyer, and not the seller, to ascertain and obey all applicable local, state and federal laws in regard to the possession and use of any products from this website.  Consult your local and state laws before ordering if you are in doubt.  Absolutely no sales to minors.  By placing an order, the buyer represents that the products ordered will be used in a lawful manner only and that he/she is of legal age.
